Need a convenient way to get around the swap meet? Golf carts are available for rental at Frank's Swap Meet at Jacob's Cave, while supplies last!
Vendors qualify each day to rent before the Swap begins.
Golf carts are available to rent on a first-come, first-served basis during Frank's Swap Meet at Jacob's Cave.
Visit the Yellow HQ Building deck to rent or pick up your golf cart.
Handicap-accessible carts and passes are also available at HQ.

Welcome All
The first annual small animal swap was held at Jacob's Cave in June 1979. With over 36 years of growth, it is now the largest swap meet in the Midwest and boasts attendance of over 30,000 people at each event. Not only are there small animals for sale or trade, but there is buying, selling and trading of an enormous variety of new and used items. Swapping Days are held three times annually, in April, June and October.

- Setup access
- Vendors may arrive up to 5 days before SWAP for setup.
- HQ hours
- SWAP HQ hours are 10am to 5pm Saturday through Wednesday before SWAP starts (Thursday).
- Vendor spots
- Vendor Spots are non-refundable.
- Your lot
- Please pay close attention to the description of your lot. Some lots have restrictions, may have trees or gradients in the description, include power and other important information.
- Food vendors
- If you are a Food Vendor, you are required to get additional approval from Frank's Swap Group in order to vend, and Food Vendors must be compliant with Morgan County Health Department to be permitted on the premises.

Animals
- No Horses, Cattle or Swine allowed into the Swap Meet
- NO REPTILES, SNAKES OR EXOTIC ANIMALS without prior approval
- GOATS AND SHEEP MUST HAVE A SCRAPIES TAG TO SELL
- All Animals Must be Properly Contained, Fed and Watered
Behavior and hours
- "Quiet Time" starts at 10:00pm. No generators allowed from 10:00pm until dawn (Quiet generators are allowed as long as they do not disturb your neighbors)
- Inappropriate behavior WILL NOT be tolerated
- No one under age of 16 allowed to operate motorized vehicles on ground

Regulations
Dogs and Cats
We love dogs! Please abide by the following rules:
- Health
- All dogs and cats must be healthy, free of diseases, ticks, fleas, ect.
- Rabies
- All dogs or cats 4 months of age and older must have a certificate of rabies vaccination from a licensed veterinarian
- Age
- All dogs and cats must be at least 8 weeks of age to be bartered, exchanged, given away or sold
- Out of state
- All dogs and cats entering Missouri from out of State must be accompanied by a Certificate Veterinary Inspection (health certificate)
- Dog space
- All dogs must have sufficient space to stand up and turn about freely, to stand, sit and lie in a comfortable, normal position and to walk in a normal manner. There must be at least 6" of head space for the tallest animal in the enclosure
- Cat space
- Cats under 8.8 pounds must have 3 square feet of space and cats over 8.8 pounds must have 4 square feet of space in the enclosure
- Shelter
- All dogs and cats must be provided shade and shelter
- Food and water
- All dogs and cats must be fed at least every 12 hours. Water must be offered to the animals as often as necessary to ensure their health and well-being, but not less than once each eight (8) hours for at least one (1) hour each time, unless restricted by the attending veterinarian
- Cleaning
- All enclosures must have feces, urine and food waste removed daily or more often to prevent accumulation of feces and debris to keep in a sanitary condition

FAQ
When and How can a vendor reserve their spot?
Vendors have 2 ways to reserve their spot:
- Vendors can pre-reserve their existing spot for future SWAPs during show dates in the SWAP HQ building until 3pm Sunday.
- New Vendors can visit our live MAP and book online by choosing any unreserved (grey) spot they would like.
How big are the spaces?
Electric lots are 24 feet wide on the street side and vary in depth. Non-electric lots are 25 feet wide on the street side and vary in depth.
How many spaces can I reserve?
Vendors may reserve up to 8 spaces.
Can I reserve a space as a food vendor?
If you are a food vendor, you require additional approval from Frank's Swap Group management.

In 1994, the first night lights and electrical outlets were added for booth rental spaces to accommodate concessionaires and vendors.

Since then
Many ongoing improvements to roads and parking lots and many more additional vending sites have been added over the years to accommodate the ever growing number of vendors and swappers attending the event every year.

Summer 2012
In the summer of 2012, an additional 60 plus electrical and water sites were added for vendors and also additional accommodations for concessionaires were also added.

Summer 2016
In the summer of 2016 an additional 500 regular parking spaces and 200 truck and trailer spaces were added. More roads with additional exit roads and approximately 50 more vendor spaces were also added.

Spring 2017
Coming in Spring of 2017, are additional sites with access to electricity and water hook ups.
